Monthly Membership

Once your doctor has determined you are no longer in active care, you will be transitioned into your maintenance care phase.

We are happy to offer a Monthly Membership for our established patients who want to save $25 per 15-Minute Treatment and continue to receive excellent chiropractic and wellness care.

What Your Membership Includes

  • $95.00 per month for 1, 15-Minute Treatment

  • If you need any additional 15-Minute Treatments during the same month, you are able to come in at the discounted price of $95.00 per visit (up to 4 total Appointments per month)

  • 10% Supplement discount for the lifetime of your membership

  • *Please Note: Your monthly appointment is not transferable to family members or friends.
