Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. As of 10/2026, we are able to provide Superbills (itemized receipt).

Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?
Yes. As of 10/2026, we accept both Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Are walk-in appointments welcome?
Yes! Walk-in appointments are welcome, subject to doctor availability. Give us a call or visit our Booking Site to see our daily availability!

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, however, please be aware that there are limitations for what our doctors can assess, recommend, and treat through virtual appointments - especially for initial appointments. We are more than happy to accommodate virtual appointments for our patients who are not local! Please contact us through phone, text, or email if you'd like to schedule a virtual Initial Exam & Treatment.

Do you see pediatrics?
Yes, we see newborns, toddlers, pre-teens , and teenagers (age 0-17 years of age).

Is blood work / lab testing required?
No, it is not required but you are absolutely welcome to bring any recent labs into your appointment to discuss with your doctor. During your appointment, we are able to order labs per the doctor's discretion. We use Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp. If labs are recommended, you are able to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

How long do Treatment Plans last?
Treatment plans typically take 3-4 phases of care. Once released from active care by your doctor, you will be transitioned into your maintenance care phase. This is per your doctor's discretion and recommendation. Once you are in maintenance care, we recommend monthly, 15-Minute Treatments for ongoing care.

What is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied Kinesiology is a non-invasive system that evaluates how the body is functioning using manual muscle testing. Please check out our Rooted Techniques for more details!

Can I get a quick adjustment?
Yes, however, our pricing remains the same. Your appointment will be booked as a 15-Minute Treatment, at the $120.00 rate.

Do Dr. Noah Lebowitz or Dr. Michael Lebowitz practice here?
No, they do not. Our doctors are Dr. Erik Robbins and Dr. Fiona Hotchkiss - both of whom use the Lebowitz Protocol.
