Before Your First Visit
After you book your initial appointment, you will receive patient intake forms to complete so our doctors can understand your health history before you arrive.

Collect and bring any relevant information such as bloodwork, MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, or other speciality labs.

Please ensure you have a valid email address and phone number on file when you book your appointment.

Your First Visit
Your 1 hr, 45-minute initial adult appointment (or 1 hr, 15 minute initial pediatric appointment) includes a detailed consultation, Applied Kinesiology, Quantum Neurology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Lebowitz Protocol, QSM3, food sensitivity testing, and a chiropractic adjustment.
Your doctor will provide you with a personalized treatment plan to address your health needs.

Your Follow-Up Visits
​Your specific treatment plan will be tailored to your needs, and follow-up appointments will be set to continue treatment, discuss your progress, and reassess as needed.
